    Hi, first of all congrats on your plug-in, it looks amazing. I’m planing to buy the lifetime license, but I have a couple of questions before:

    1)Our site needs to be in three languages (English, Swedish and Spanish). I’ve read that you have already those translations but, are we going to be able to use them at the same time or do I need to translate the two additional languages (Spa and Swe)? In that case, which translator works better with Amelia to create 2 additional translations: WPML, Loco, Poeditor?

    2)I need to hide for the client the option to choose the employee. I have read it’s possible by changing the code, but then: how is the booking assigned to the employees? Is there any rule?

    3)I have one question regarding the "bringing anyone with you" option:

    Right now we offer what we call “private lessons” offering the possibility of 1 or two people attending the lesson (with the resulting increase in price), but only if they come together (if you come alone we will never add an extra person to the lesson). If we activate the “ Bringing anyone with you” option (setting the capacity of the lesson to 2) and the client come alone: is possible that anyone else book the same time slot? Should I create 2 different services to avoid this (one for a single client and another one for a couple?)

     4)Last thing: have you find any incompatibilities with any of these themes: Avada or Porto? I have both of them so I just wanted to know which one works better with Amelia.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. It depends on which pages you want to display in different languages. At the moment only the front-end can be multilingual. The back-end of Amelia always adjusts to the WP Language settings, so it can't be changed. You should install some plugin for a multilingual environment like WPML, add an alternative page in another language to the existing page, and then follow our documentation for multilingual support: https://wpamelia.com/multilingual-support/

    We have a large number of implemented translations but at the moment there are few limitations if you plan to use the plugin in multiple languages: names of services, categories, custom fields and message templates cannot be translated into multiple languages because you create those and they are shown just in the language in which you create them. 

    However, this is on our to-do list for one of the next updates so this limitation will soon be fixed.

    2. You can hide the employee drop-down using this custom CSS:

    div.am-select-service > form > div.el-form-item.am-select-employee-option {
    display: none !important;
    }

    The booking will then be assigned by random choice.

    3. As you said it would be better to create a separate service to avoid two different persons booking the same slot. You could turn off the Allow booking below minimum capacity option in Amelia Settings - Appointments, but that would affect all your services and once one person books an appointment that time slot will become unavailable for others.

    4. We have had some complaints about Porto theme in the past, but those might have been solved with their updates, unfortunately we can't keep track of all themes as there is such a large number of them, so please try out how Amelia behaves on the theme you decide to use and let us know if there are any issues, maybe we can provide you with a fix.

    Hi Blaženka and thank you so much for your quick reply. 

    1) I only need the front-end to be multilingual. I have checked the link you send me and it says:

    "Translating category and service names, custom fields, notifications, etc.

    All names and templates that you have added to the plugin will not be included in the file, so we have added options inside the plugin.

    To define the languages that will be shown across the whole plugin go to the Settings page, open GeneralSettings and you will find the “Manage Languages” option. Find the language on the list or enter the first letters to search it and then select it. You can select as many languages as you need.”


    That’s why I assumed my web can show every field translated into multiple languages and now I’m confused. Can you confirm it?

    2. Ok, no problem as I can modify the appointments and assign them to a specific employee. Anyway it would be great if you could add it as "suggested feature" since I’ve seen other people asking for the same. 

    3. Ok, I’ll do as you suggest. 

    4.Ok, then I’ll give it a try to Avada to avoid possible issues.

    For translating category and service names, custom fields, notifications, etc. you can use our builtin feature

    there you can add multiple languages and based on what your user's language is it will display the translation accordingly.
