    Hello,


    When choosing a booking from the home page and going through all the options, it then goes to an empty cart when the cart should be populated with what I requested. Are you able to advise ASAP please?

    Are you using WooCommerce, and have you set it up fully?

    hi, yes I am and I have set it up and it’s worked on a previous instance. We had to change domain and it has not worked since changing

    Basically, WooCommerce integration works like a payment getaway, and not like usual shopping with Woo. So, there's no need to add appointments to the cart, then open it and pay for them. After entering all the necessary details, a Customer is being redirected to the "cart" page and to the Checkout page automatically.

    Please make sure you've selected these pages in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced settings as well:

    I have tried using stripe as an alternative and it's hanging on please wait and never gets to payment screen!

    Hi Adam,

    thank you for contacting back.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Adam,

    thank you for the credentials!

    I can see that your Amelia is on version 2.6; the latest one is 3.3. As this can be the cause of the issue please update your Amelia, so that we can rule the incompatibility out.

    Hi, I've tried in private browsing and it's still not working. I do book full set lashes, select classic (first one on left) and select random time and it still doesn't work. The cart says empty.

    There were no changes made, that is why I was surprised to see it working.

    Since the issue does not appear on my side, there is something on your side that is preventing the cart from being populated; please clear out your cache fully.

    The full set classic is the same one that I have tried, yes? If not please let me know so that I can test exactly the same service. If it's only that one, it may not have been connected as a product well.
