My clients can not book the hours that I am working. On Amelia app my hours are from 10am to 7pm off on Tuesdays and Saturdays and Sundays 11 to 5pm. However, it's showing 6am to 2:30pm and only those options.
I change it various times it's not working.
I need this fixed immediately! I lost money and clients because of this error please call me at 917-445-0335.

I'm afraid, at the moment we don't provide live support, so this platform is the only channel for communication with our team.
Please make sure that your Working hours were set through the Employee's profile, for example:
Also, if the option "Show booking slots in client time zone" is enabled in Amelia -> General settings, then the time slots are shown on your Customer's end according to his/her time zone settings on the computer.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login (you can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket) and specify which Service you are referring to.
