i found the posibility for extras with appointments but can not find the option for Events. Is there any possibility to give clients the possibility to book an Extra when booking an event that adds to the cost?

I'm afraid, there's no option to add extras to Events at the moment due to the Events' logic.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
