I have configured MailGun as my email sending service via the FluentSMTP plugin. I will be using FluentCRM in addition to Amelia for sending emails and everything will be going through my MailGun account.
Under Notification Settings I am being asked for the Mailgun Domain. I believe you are asking for the domain that I set up inside of MailGun which is the domain of my website https://starkmedia.io. With that said I am less than certain and I cannot find any documentation that gives a description of exactly what your app is asking for here.
Please advise.

The Mailgun domain is the domain you configured for Mailgun when you signed up. I don't know what it is. It could be starkmedia.io, but it could also be mg.starkmedia.io or mailgun.starkmedia.io.
You can take a look at this thread to see how you set it up. That's what you need to add to Amelia.
