We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want the attached table to be placed in a website with all functions in it. I've first made it in Excel. Understood from instructions that it should be made in Google Spreadsheet, so I did. I followed the instruction 'Google Spreadsheet configuration', but it is constantly giving an error when I use the formula in a copy spread that I would have to import. When I try the other way by inserting the url of the spread, then the formula's in the spread don't work. Pff, I don't know how to get this job done. Can you tell me what to do?

Hello Paméla
Thank you for your purchase.
wpDataTables can't see empty rows or have subheaders, so the spreadsheet you sent will probably be imported with string-type columns (numerical columns need to have some value, starting from 0), and calculations can't be done with string-type columns.
Using Excel files that contain formulas is not possible, but you can use our Formula Columns and Calculation functions. If you want to use Formulas in Google Spreadsheet, you need to use the IMPORTRANGE function, as explained here.
That works without issues.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
