I don't quite understand your question here. What are you trying to automate? Employees need to be assigned to services manually, and there's no way to automate that, if that was your question.

Amelia doesn't yet have an API, or hooks (action and filters) at the moment. What we have is a few JS hooks that are triggered depends on the view:

JS files are modified (minimized) in the public version of the plugin (in our development environment is accessible), but unfortunately, I can not send you our source code because that is the policy of our company.

All those files that have extension .vue are compressed and minimized in JS files that are very hard and not recommended modifying. So in order to add some other features, you can unminify the js and customize it.

What do you mean by "Crete their records"? I'm having a hard time understanding what you're trying to achieve, sorry. Amelia Employees can create new appointments for themselves, but the user role doesn't allow them to create new employees if that's what you mean? Can you show me a few screenshots or a more detailed explanation?

This cannot be done Jesse.

New employees can only be created by Administrators of your website, and Amelia Managers, and employees can't create their profiles on their own. They would be able to edit the information once they receive the password to log into their Employee Panel, though.
