Im freelance and i need offer to my customers (massage, medic, physioterapy), a plugin where they can 1.- add apointments (they use schedule and pen!) customers via web and employees. 2.- notifications: They lost time and money when the customers/patients dont go or dont cancel with sufficient time.
We need center in point number 2. SMS are VERY EXPENSIVE. 0,10€ is madness for each customer. We have numbers with unlimited sms.
Whatsapp: Is possible remind the customer our date via whatsapp?.
SMS is VERY important or whatsapp, but the price is excessive.
Can i use my own number of telephone or something for auto-send the sms?.

1. I'm afraid, at the moment we have only one SMS Provider, and also there's no way to connect your own numbers or any other solution for SMS notifications. We are working on adding more SMS options but I can't tell you precisely when they will be added.
2. Unfortunately, we have no integration with WhatsApp. You might know that WhatsApp has no public API, so this integration is complicated to achieve. I'm afraid, due to this reason, it's not in our roadmap for future updates yet.
As twilio is a very good provider for sms or whatsapp notifications is it possible to connect the system to Twilio and pass all the notifications through their platform?

Thank you for your inquiry.
Twilio is our SMS Provider, so their service is already included in Amelia.
However, it's not possible to connect your own package, only to use the built-in SMS notifications.
