When the Amelia customer panel is accessed, other customer schedules are also displayed and can be edited.
Can I see only logged in customer information?

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
Please make sure that you access the Customer panel under a Customer user since by what you described I assume that the user you logged in to has Admin rights.
Please create a new Customer with an email address that was never used in Amelia before and test the panel under this user.
