I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

I'll forward this to our developers, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Adding the "payment method" placeholder has already been suggested a few times, so I hope our developers will add it in the near future.

As for the confirmations - if the appointment is paid online (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie or WooCommerce), appointment being booked is the only confirmation since no one can book an appointment with online payments without actually paying.
