    Instale Amelia, me interesa comprar la versión pro, pero a la hora de abrir Elementor se queda cargando la barra latera de Widget, buscando una solucion me dice que es por un plugin nuevo, desinstalo Amelia y Elementor trabaja de nuevo sin problemas

    Ojala me puedan ayudar me interesa su plugin, pero si entra en conflicto con Elementor no podre comprarlo

    May I ask that we proceed in English, as unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, and I would like to make sure I gave you a good information.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Ivana, thanks for responding, for security reasons I am not allowed to give the login passwords as the administrator of the page, do you have any other way to solve it? I think the problem is in the plugin because in "Provider Details" it doesn't work.
Another way that can be is to work through Teamviwer in a remote session check what may be happening.

    Hi Jesus,

    thank you for the kind replysmile.pngI apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

    Unfortunately, privacy is the same reason why we don't use Teamviewer (it's a bit too invasive, as we are only allowed access to the Admin WordPress, and inside it, we can only open Amelia; everything else we are not allowed to go into)

    This could be a conflict; the way you can check it is by turning off other plugins one by one to see if there is a conflict anywhere.
