    Hi team Amelia,

I'm looking out for Calendly alternate for a WordPress website belonging to my client.

She is a psychologist based in India who is having clients across multiple countries.

I want some clarification on the following:

    1. Can we sync the booking calendar with Google calendar and the website shows only available dates and time to book keeping the data from Google calendar in consideration in the real-time?
    2. Does Amelia support currency change as per the geographies the website is being accessed from?
    3. While the payment was taken with calendly with stripe as preferred payment method, there was an error that says: "as per Indian regulations, it is compulsory to take name and address of the paying customer to complete the transaction. Would there be the same issue with Amelia?

Also it would be great if you could arrange a callback on +917624867958.

Looking forward to hearing back soon.

    Thanks & Regards
    Athar Bhatt, Team Jinconnect

    Hi, Athar,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

At the moment we don't provide live support but you can ask us any questions you have here, under this ticket. We will gladly respond to them.

    1. Yes, we do have integration with Google Calendar. Thus, with this integration, booked appointments get transferred to the G Cal, and busy slots in the G Cal become unavailable for booing in Amelia. You can find more details on the integration here: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/

    2. I'm afraid it's possible to set only one currency in Amelia at the moment.

    3. I can't tell you precisely, but most probably if a payment system is not supported in your country or has some limitations, it won't be available in Amelia. Probably, it can work through WooCommerce integration (Stripe is one of Woo's payment getaways) since Woo collects all the additional data of the Customer. But we didn't test that, therefore my answer is based on theory and not on my experience.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

It sounds all good. Do we have any way to confirm if the mentioned error would no occur in Woo.
    Please advice on the same

Also would it be possible to get a temporary account for us to check the same. It it works as we predict, we would love to have Amelia as our Appointment booking system.

    Athar,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

I'm afraid, we can't test it on our end since we are not in India. You can contact WooCommerce support and check it with them. Or you can purchase Amelia and test it along with other features.

We don't have a trial period, unfortunately, but we have 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't fit your business, you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
