At the moment, Services can have a duration up to 23h 30min. If you need a longer duration, then it can be achieved with Events since they can last for multiple days.

Hi, i see if i choose same employee in events, you can book regular services over the event :( Not good. Is there a fix to that?

That should not happen. If you assign an Event to an Employee, Employee gets unavailable for further bookings.
Could you please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside?
Also, please specify which Employee and Event you are referring to.
