Hello,
When I change customer's or employee's email address, WordPress user name, which is previous email address, is not changed.
Is it ok that user's email address in Amelia and the one in WordPress is not matched?
Or is there any way to change WordPress user name after Amelia created WP user automatically?
User name cannot be changed as previous email address.

The customer or employee in Amelia can be linked to any user if that user has an "Amelia Customer" or "Amelia Employee" user role - it doesn't have to be the same email address.
