    Hi, Before I have requested to show your amelia booking in my elementor popup as below. But I am still in the cloud even your ticket service system reply.

    Please let me know how to apply your shortcode not only basic shortcode but also including category, location, etc... For example, where do I need to input 'category=1' in the shortcode place. At this moment you showed only '[ameliabooking trigger=button1]'.

    And based on your ticket service team testing capture, I found some error in there. When I did not use popup but use normal, it was shown like below capture in where some words are translated and there is a green color button of 'CONTINUE' but in your sample test capture, there is no translation and no words in green color 'BUTTON'.

    Can you explain why this happen, and if this is not resolved how can I use your system even not shown 'CONTINUE' button?

    I faced also this problem with Popup , I did not understand how they fix it for you Paul can you explain to me is it working now ?

    Actually They did not fix it until yet. Just tested one sample but it is not perfect. I need to resolve translation and another shortcode needs to be applied such as cagegory, location,, etc....


    I am now waiting their reply.

    Hi, Paul,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    1. The language of your site is set to English in WP General Settings, that's why Amelia didn't get translated into Korean (sorry if I confused the language).

    If you use a simple environment with only one language on your site, then Amelia adjusts to the language that is being set on the back-end. The language Settings inside Amelia are being applied only in a multilingual environment (in other words, when the site is translated into multiple languages with WPML or any similar plugin).

    2. I will have to reach out to our developers regarding the pop-up settings.

    Hi, Liza Thank you for your reply.

    However, the important thing is my site is to be operated perfectly to give trust to our customers.

    1. Language Translation :

    - Same situation on both WP language (English/Korean)

    - WP English setting is worldwide and many countries use WP English version even they use their own language inside website.

    - LOCO/WPML helps to translate English to other language but in Amelia especially in my site, I think it is not working.

    - To avoid argument and misunderstanding , I suggest to Amelia support team to enter into my website and test whether the language translation is done or not. And if it is working, please let me know with one sample and if not please refund me because Amelia is not translated to other language(I think it seems some bug).

    2. Popup Problem

    - I explained enough to the previous Ticket supporter but she/he did not explain exactly what shall I do. And still it is not clear as I showed in the below posting.

    - Problem 1 : Translation is not working never.

    - Problem 2 : Category, location, etc... is not done and don't know how to input in popup.

    - Problem 3 : Green 'NEXT/SUBMIT' button text is not shown. The ticket supporter maybe have known that his/her testing is something wrong but did not tell me that weird thing and just informed me like all things are done properly. Everybody could catch there are some problems in his/her testing sample. So I annoyed for hie/her attitude.

    3. Ticket Customer Delay seems so severe.

    - I have raised the claims long time ago about 15 days ago but still it is in the cloud.

    - It took two or three days for the reply answer.

    - The ticket supporter has not shown clearly even not tested it. Just explained general description not clearly. It was repeated every time and the date has been passed. So I raised these issues in the public ticket place.

    4. Suggestion

    - Not just explain with ambiguous info but just test it inside my website with it when your customer complains that problems are not resolved for a long time even though the customer has followed same with the guidance.

    - If that ticket is not first time and still in the cloud then speed up the reply frequency not two or three days but everyday or in that day until it is cleared. This comes from understanding for the customer's urgency situation. When your service team is making delay two or three days which means customer's business has big impact for the delay. Keep in mind this inside. What I say is for the tickets delayed long time not resolved.

    - If your customer service team member does not know exactly what is the reason then report/open it to the technical team or experience manager for the problem not having it your own.

    I hope your team responded proactively this time because I think my problems are not very difficult problem and looks so simple if your technical team test. My problems are just translation and popup application which might be general subject and maybe tested several times before during your service period.

    Thank you for your reading for my long description. I just need and expect my problems be resolved fast. It has been passed already 15 days from the first issue.

    Thank you for such detailed explanations.

    1. I already logged in to your site and that's why I'm asking you what is your environment. If you don't use a multilanguage environment which means you have some plugin installed that allows you to use 2-3-4 languages at the same time, then Amelia can have only one language option which should be chosen in WordPress General Settings. 

    I'd like to emphasize that you cannot use Amelia in any other language but the one which is set in your WP General Settings if you have only one language on your site.

    2. Pop-up can't filer Categories, Services, etc. It can show only the booking form that is set in the constructor. You have to select the parameters such as Category and Service there, and only add the button ID in the corresponding field:

    3. Sorry for the delays that you experienced, we are working on improving the speed of our responses. We got too many new customers recently, and unfortunately, our team struggles with handling that many tickets at the moment. However, we are already onboarding new members of our Support team.

    5. Unfortunately, setting pop-ups or any other features is not included in our Support, it's being considered as custom work. We can provide you with detailed explanations on how to set them but we cannot do it for you. 

    Please make sure that you set pop-up in a pop-up menu. There's no shortcode that will trigger a pop-up. Also, pop-up can't be set through any other plugin like CROCOBLOCK JETPOPUP PLUGIN.
