    Hi, I have followed your direction for the translation using LOCO.

    However, it is not working properly as attached.

    So, please give me your guidance again. I hope you enter in my website using my credential and test it directly.

    If your Amelia Plugin is not translated into my country language, how can I use your product? Isn't it? 

    So, if you fail to translate your Amelia plugin to my country language, please refund me because it is critical defect of your product.

      Hi Paul,

      thank you for contacting back.

      This is the procedure which is usually used for translations, I'm afraid.

      We are only able to interact with Amelia directly when we use the temporary admin so we cannot interact with other plugins you have installed on your site.

      As I don't speak the same language, I am unfortunately unable to do this for you as well.

      This is why we advise using Loco Translate as it has a great UI and provides a fast procedure for translation; you just need to find the line you wish to translate, and enter the translation into the next field (or you can change the sentence structure of the line as well if you wish).

      Why you make me delay my project so long!!!!  I could not provide the booking service to my customer still because of your vague explanation.

      I have asked general translation problem not only 'Book Appointment' word but also so many not translated words. But why you just tell me only that words?

      And I cannot understand what you are saying about. Do you mean there is no way to translate?

      Of course there are so many locations using same words. And some places can be written in website but some places cannot be done. Everybody knows it. Why do you tell me that?

      Now, the problem is The translation is not working in your plugin Amelia. And I want to know how to translate it. I have told you I have installed LOCO and found that is not working properly.

      So, I request you to enter to my website and test it in my website by yourself and show me it is working properly or not. It's is so simple. When I did it it was not working.

      I have followed your advice but your explanation is so ambigue and failed continuously. How can I know exactly what shall I do?

      Just enter to my website as admin and translate some words as sample actually and show me exactly it is working properly. That's it. So simple. Don't explain any more. Just do it in my website and let me know that location only. Then I can be sure your plugin is no problem in translation 

      Do not do anymore this kind of time wasting pingpong game. I am busy!!!

      Hi Paul!

      I apologize for a later reply as we don't operate on weekends.

      Sometimes, one line can have multiple translation sentences, because it appears in multiple places; for example here Book Appointment is on the button, and further on the panel. In Loco, there is a little search bar where you can manually type Book Appointment, to find the one that is on the panel.

      Hi, Thank you for your guidance.

      However, even though I have installed LOCO plugin it is not translated at all.

      1. Installed LOCO plugin.

      2. Created template and translated Korean language.

      3. It is translated but not reflected on Website even though recreated web browser.

      Please refer to the attached captures and advise me which part is not correct.

      Hi Paul,

      thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

      Yes, unfortunately, we don't have many native speakers that can translate Amelia fully; so we rely on clients sharing their translated files with us at the moment, I'm afraid.

      The plugin can be translated using POEDIT or Loco Translate easily. I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI.

      If you want to use POEDIT then please follow these instructions:

      1. Download Amelia from our TMS Store and save the ameliabooking.zip file on your computer.

      2. Unzip downloaded file.

      3. Download and install POEDIT. 

      4. After that, open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/en_US/wpamelia-en_US.po.

      5. Translate all the strings on your language.

      6. Save the file as the plugin suggests (the language code; for example wpamelia-id_ID.po if your language is Indonesian) and it will generate a new wpamelia-id_ID.mo file. You can find your language code here. 

      7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/ folder and create a new folder. Name it as the language code for your language (in our case, for Indonesian, it is id_ID) and then copy these two files called wpamelia-id_ID.po and wpamelia-id_ID.mo into it. Proceed with copying the whole folder id_ID back to your website in folder ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/.

      Of course, you will use language code for your language (we use Indonesian language, and its language code "id_ID" is just an example).

      When you finish that, it would be nice to send us the translation, so we can include it in our next major update so you don't have to copy this folder from local machine on every update.

      Hi I am using Korean language, but unfortunately there is not service of Korean language full translation in Amelia.

      So, I would like to change some of the customer side english to Korean language. Could you let me know where can I change the language in FTP or C-Panel?
