Customer cancelling an event - refund?

    If a customer chooses to cancel attending an event, is a refund automatically processed? Or does the refund have to be manually processed?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    There isn't a possibility of automatically refunding customers when the event is cancelled or they cancel their attendance, unfortunately, or conducting refunds in Amelia. The refund must be processed manually in the payment methods used.
