In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I've just purchased your booking and I need it to be able to book multiple tickets at different prices. I'm creating a booking platform for a softplay. So it will have available sessions to select each day and different ticket prices. I can't see any way to just book a time slot and add different tickets (services). Also, the time slots are 1hr 45 mins. But your options are 1hr 30 and then 2hrs. How can I manually update this? Thanks. Jim

Amelia will have Event Ticketing in the next period, for different tiers and pricing. Unfortunately, we don't have this just yet.
For the 1hr 45mins, you can go to Amelia > Settings > General Settings > Time Slot Step, and adjust it to 15 minutes.
