Automatic zoom links have stopped working on a clients website for events, I have updated Amelia, recreated secret key in zoom app, done 3 test events but not seeing any zoom links in the events dashboard, getting blank notifications and no event setup in zoom dashboard.
The old events are still working just seems any new events now dont seem to be working, anyone have a solution?
Hi, no changes its been working fine but my clients have tried to add new events last week and the zoom link creation is no longer working, its the latest updated version of Amelia 3.3.
Yes when creating a new event adding staff and zoom users when creating events, really not sure what the issue is tbh
Hi it seems to be working intermittently now, i created a test event this morning and it created a zoom link but have tried to do another and it didnt work, so strange that its working on and off
can you then please allow me access so that I can test it and see where this issue comes from; because when an integration works it will send links to everyone, if it does not work, no one receives the link.
So, intermittent receiving of the links may indicate an issue with either the Zoom accounts of your employees, or customer email content restrictions.
(The last time this issue was reported to me personally, Zoom was making changes in their own software, so that was the cause).
Please provide me your Zoom credentials and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
have we any update on this bug as the client is in need to get this urgently fixed as its only letting them create 1 zoom link a day and have around 8 classes per day, so they have having to manually do all this and now looking for a new solution.
It seems to only let us create a select amount of zoom events and works intermittently, sometimes the client may need to create 5 events in a day and it will only create a zoom link for 2 of them for example.
The client is opening up a new study and they are really keen to get this bug fixed as its causing them lots of problems and extra admin time.
Is it possible it could be the theme causing this as I'm out of ideas what to do now

To be honest, Zoom Integration in Amelia will work fully, or not at all; when there is an error in Amelia, you cannot make any links, no one receives them.
The intermittent links may come from Zoom's side; I checked my profile there and I see that it's mentioned that there is a limit - Meeting Capacity 100 (I have a free account so it's 100 only at a time). Do you have a lot of events with a lot of attendees? Can you go to your Zoom account profile and see what is your limit?
Fabi never responded to this ticket, so we can't say how and if the issue was fixed. The issue here was that it was an intermittent issue, which we couldn't replicate.

When 1 appointment is booked Zoom should make 1 link accordingly; you advised set up 1 zoom event at a time. Can you please explain?
