Hello,
I am trying to import a google spreadsheet and getting the error "Forbidden". Can anyone elaborate what is causing this error or what can be done to fix it? Maybe someone in the public domain knows how since this plugins tech support does not know what the error is from.
Hello David
Thank you for your purchase.
The 403 (Forbidden) error is a server error. This means that the server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.
You can go to our sandbox site, and test your spreadsheet there - if it works, the issue is somewhere on your website, but if it doesn't, the issue is with the spreadsheet (did you publish it to the web?).
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
