Event Start Date & Time: 6/20/2021 @ 21:00
Event End Date & Time: 6/21/2021 @ 05:00
This is above setup is not possible, as the End Time drop down has only the times greater than 21:00 enabled.
However, multi-day events where the start time is less than the end time, it's possible. For example, this will work:
Event Start Date & Time: 6/20/2021 @ 09:00
Event End Date & Time: 6/21/2021 @ 17:00
