    The same problem again. That's it! I will not update my subscription. I 've had enough one year now. You don't seem to care about your customers. I am so angry. Unbelievable

    thank you for reaching out to us.

    I apologize for the inconvenience, we have changed the server for SMS, and now SMS is using different server IP address. 

    Most probably the server IP address is blocked on your hosting provider. Can you ask your hosting provider to execute ping and see if there is any response? The new IP addresss of the server is 116.203.14.49. 

     They need to execute:

    ping smsapi.wpamelia.com

    It's not the first time and it's a nightmare having to check every now and then if my patients are getting notifications. Not a good job

    this will not be so frequent in the future.

    I understand, it can be very troublesome when it's needed for a medical field.

    It happened twice in the very short period as our team wanted to make sure that the IP we have will cause no issues or inconveniences to our client, and that will allow us to have our SMS service function smoothly.
