I apologize for the inconvenience, we have changed the server for SMS, and now SMS is using different server IP address.
Most probably the server IP address is blocked on your hosting provider. Can you ask your hosting provider to execute ping and see if there is any response? The new IP addresss of the server is 116.203.14.49.
I understand, it can be very troublesome when it's needed for a medical field.
It happened twice in the very short period as our team wanted to make sure that the IP we have will cause no issues or inconveniences to our client, and that will allow us to have our SMS service function smoothly.
