Amelia is compatible with most themes on WordPress; as there is so many of them, we don't have a concise list unfortunately.
Several clients are using WP Bakery; I have not heard of any reports that there was a direct conflict with it so far.
We are not integrated with it, so I am unable to guarantee flawless function; however, again, I am not familiar with errors caused due to clash with WP Bakery so far.

Im really interested in Amelia Booking plugin, the UI and back end is super clean.
Is the plugin compatible with any themes in the market? especially the ones with WP bakery page builder?
