We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

wpdatatables sending wrong info to highcharts

I realize you don't support Highcharts, but I have a problem with the integration that is on the WPDataTables side not the HighCharts side. For stacked column charts, WPDataTables does not send the correct data to Highcharts for rendering. For the series, it seems to randomly select which columns to use for the name/data to send over, and re-ordering the columns in the selection does not help, nor does inverting the axes. This means it is impossible to, for example, do a report where the x axis is year and the y axis is total amount by person, even though I could do a non-stacked column report with x-axis as year with the y-axis being total amount OR x-axis is person and y-axis is total amount. There should either be an option to switch which is the primary axis data vs stacked column breakout, or else it should drive off the order of the selected columns so it can be changed. I have tested this directly in HighCharts at it works fine OUTSIDE of WPDataTables/Charts, it just needs the data send in the correct order/structure.

    Hi Poney

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately it is not possible to simply switch which is the primary axis data, you would have to restructure the table. Could you please send us the URL link to the table or the source file from which the table was created, and tell us what you would like to achieve so we can try and find the best solution for you?
