When booking appointments via stripe and amelia, the customer / client information (name, email address etc) is not captured but the cc information etc is.

You can add this information in Amelia > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Metadata & Description.
By adding the appropriate placeholders, you will send that info to be sent to Stripe.
