I would like to use Amelia for Group Booking language/ESL classes.

1. Can I set a minimum capacity for group bookings? If not, then 1 student could book a group class meant for 4 students. If this is not available, then what is the main thing that is preventing it?

2. In group bookings, are you able to show the number of booking spaces remaining for a slot? For example "2 out of 4 slots remaining". If yes, then do these slots have a different color to help them stand out?

1. You can set a minimum and a maximum capacity for each service. If you enable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia Settings/Appointment settings, multiple users would be able to book the same slot until they reach the maximum capacity. If you disable that, once a user books an appointment above the minimum capacity, the time slot will close for everyone else.
2. At the moment, there's no way to do this. The appointment availability is shown depending on the number of people that already booked, so if 2 people booked a time slot, and another user tries to book for himself + 2 additional people, he will not see that time slot as available, but if he tries to book only for himself, or himself + 1 person, he will see the time slot.
