We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Our main catalogue set columns show up correctly on Firefox and Safari, but not at all on Internet Explorer and Chrome. The Chrome display worked correctly before the weekend. No changes were made to the DataTable at all over the weekend.
Is there a fix I can use to ensure they do show up correctly on all browsers?

Hello Thirza
Internet Explorer is not supported anymore, so support for this browser from our end is also not available. As for Chrome, our whole team is mostly using that browser, so it is the best browser to use. I can see the table normally in Chrome:
If you still can't see it correctly, most likely there is some leftover cache on your website. Try clearing it from the server, and your browser and test again. I can see it normally.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksander,
Thank you for your reply. We have cleared the browser cache as well as the server cache and it still not showing properly for anybody we ask to check on Chrome, (a good number of people, both in the office and elsewhere).
I have noticed just now that our MasterDetail plugin will not update for us: could there be an link with that?
many thanks,
Thirza

Master-Detail doesn't have anything to do with this, and the behavior itself is strange.
I forwarded the ticket to one of our developers, so he can take a look, and I'll get back to you as soon as I receive a response from him.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you, I'll try and wait patiently!
Hi again Thirza
This is most likely a conflict with the theme or one of the plugins.
Can you change your theme temporarily, delete cache from your website and your browser, and test again?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
