We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I'd like to make some pages where events can be booked.

Is there some sort of event category, or is it possible to make a shortcode containing more than one category?

    site.com/proclamation

==> showing all events from category "proclamation", or maybe showing events with ID 1,2,3

    site.com/otherevent

==> showing all events form cattergory "other", or maybe showing events with ID 5,6,7

    Thx!

    Hello Laurent,

    thank you for contacting.

You can use the shortcode below if you want to show just the events that belong to the same tag defined during the creation of events, where “name” will be replaced with the tag name:

    [ameliaevents tag='name']

Tags are made when you go to create an Event; one of the options below will be Tags. When you click on the Tag field, it will say No Data to pick from, but just start typing a tag and hit enter. This will create a tag that you will be able to use further to categorize your eventssmile.png

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer! Very helpfull.

I have a related question: For one type of event we always need to ask some extra questions. For that we go to the customize tab. The thing is that for each event we make, we would need to go back to this customize tab, and add the event.

Is there a way to only add the "events-tag" to this extra question in the customize tab, so eacht time we make an event with the tag "Examen DSO", this extra question is added?

    Thanks!

    Hi Laurent,

    thank you for contacting backsmile.png

I'm afraid that this is not automatized at the moment so events unfortunately need to be manually added to the fields.
