We don't have a waiver option at the moment, but I do have a suggestion for a workaround that may be suitable for you.

We have custom fields in which customers can upload attachments (signed waiver fir example), and fields in which you can set up a link so that customer can go to an external page where waiver is, or where they can download it and sign it, and there is a checkbox if you need them to agree to terms in order to proceed.

We don't have anything similar, I'm afraid.

With the Custom Fields, you can create a "Text Content" custom field and add an anchor tag like this:

<a href="https://wpamelia.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms & Conditions</a>

So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your form where they need to sign the weaver without them leaving the booking form.

Then, my suggestion would be to add a mandatory Radio Button custom field, where they'd be able to tick the "I confirm I signed the weaver" before they book an appointment.

As mentioned before, you can create a hyperlink that will redirect the customer to an online form where they can sign the waiver. If that waiver is linked to your website or any form plugins you have, it could be used as proof that they signed the waiver.

There's currently no native integration that would link another plugin with Amelia but this suggestion has already been forwarded to our developers for review. Unfortunately, this request is not that common, so it doesn't have a lot of upvotes. You can vote for it here and I'll do my best to prioritize it with our development team although I can't promise anything.
