How do we go about redirecting the clients to a customized Thank you page once they have booked a service?

  • Maniquant Jacques replied

    Hi,

You have to go to the General setting tab, then find the field

    Redirects to URL after booking:

    Hi, Maniquant,

    Thank you for responding.

I'd like to mention that the redirect URL can also be set for each Service separately in the Edit Service -> Settings -> General Settings:

    Hope that will help.

will this work for even if we use woo-commerce  as payment gateway or not whats the work around

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi, Ahez,

If you enable "WooCommerce" as the payment method, your Checkout page from WooCommerce will show up when your customers book an appointment with Amelia.

So, the data from Amelia's booking form is forwarded to WooCommerce Cart, and then the Checkout page, so everything from Cart onward is handled by WooCommerce.

    Best Regards.
