    Hi Charles,

thank you for contacting us 🙂

Amelia will work in any country, it doesn't have a geoblocker.

Also, Amelia will adapt to the language that you set your WordPress to.

Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you to install Loco Translate and then to translate these string.

If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

    1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.

    2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.

    3. You need to download and install POEDIT

    4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    5. Translate all the strings that are not translated

    6. Save the translation.

    7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

This is example for French language, but you will choose yours.

Hope this helpssmile.png If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.

You can check out our demos, or download Amelia Lite (free version).

The difference between free and paid version is in features, first of all in paid version we have unlimited employees while in free version there just one provider, no employees.

You can setup this single employee, "provider", in Settings.

Some limitations of the Lite version:

Booking search view and catalog view are not included.
    Export option is not supported.
Filters on the pages are not supported.
    Coupons are not included.
    Group services are not supported.
Adding the Locations is not included.
    Customisation options are not included.
You can only use Approved and Pending notifications, other types of email notifications are not supported.
Only basic plugin settings are supported.
Google and Outlook Calendar synchronisation is not supported.
    Zoom integration is not supported.
PayPal and Stripe payment types are not supported but you can use On-site payment type.
Access to our premium support system is not included.

You can install free version and you will see what options are locked, with Basic license you unlock all the features and support for one domain.

Ok how about retrieving those funds would we need a U.S. Bank account or Colombian account? What application stripe or Pay Pal?

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi Charles,

For the fund retrieval you would need to reach out to Stripe or PayPal to check with them, as Amelia will accept any PayPal for the amount to be sent to (your customers should be charged in pesos).

We use both Stripe and PayPal, so you can pick whichever one you prefersmile.png
