Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Good morning! I have finsihed setting up my intitial booking. I have not been able to find in the online docuentation a way to set up that only 4 appointments can be booked for a single day. My client owns a business that sets up custom yard greetings and only wants 4 appointments to be set per day. So if a customer needs to book on Saturday August 13th, and there are 4 booked already for that day they cannot book. Or vice versa, if only 3 of 4 are taken, they can book the last spot. Since these are setup the night before, there does not need to be a time affiliated with the appointment, so 4 bookings for all day.
Thank you in advance!
Hello Eric
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response.
Amelia doesn't have any options to limit the number of available time slots per day (or per week, employee, etc). If you need to have only 4 time slots available, you need to combine the duration of the service with your employee's work hours.
For example, if your service lasts 1 hour, in order to provide 4 time slots, your employee needs to have work hours that either last 4 hours, or create a few time periods when the employee will work.
If it's the former, the employee working from 12:00 - 16:00 would only be able to accept 4 appointments, and if it's the latter, the employee could have one time period from 09:00 - 10:00, then from 11:00 - 12:00, then from 13:00 - 14:00 and finally from 15:00 - 16:00.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
