My client needs to be able to accept appointment durations as short as 3 minutes. Is this possible with Amelia?
    Thanks
    James

    Hi James,

thank you for contacting us 🙂 I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.

Sure, you can set the service duration to 3 minutes, by going to Amelia > Settings > General Settings, and adjusting the time slot step to 3 minutes.

    Thanks Ivana :)

I have an exciting new build coming up, and a robust booking system is an absolute MUST. I have not used Amelia before, but it's very well recommended in my dev communities. I'm looking forward to taking it for a spin.

Thank you for the support. If paid support is as good as pre-sales support, then kudos to y'all :)
Hopefully I don't need tech support tho .....:P

    Hi James,

thank you for the kind reply!smile.png

There are a lot of small adjustments that you can make in Amelia, and some workarounds, to set it up to adapt to your business model.

Please let us know if you have any questions about it, even tech ones, we will be happy to helpbigsmile.png
