I am offering two services, Virtual and In-Person. Is there a way to dynamically change the email notifications to the client (if it's a virtual appt, then it doesn't need the location information).

thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.
If your Virtual is set as a Service, and not connected to a particular location, you can exclude the location placeholder. However if you do have locations set up Service will ask you to add it to a location.
In that case I suggest simply making a location named Virtual for this specific service only.
