Currently at amelia 50 stores (I'm converting the employee fields and using them as stores).
The other day we had two problems.
A reservation was made for a different date at a different store than the one the customer had reserved. After the above happened, when you select the appropriate store (employee in the system), you will see I started getting an error that any number of reservations can be made from 00:00 to 24:00. (Basically, I have set the business hours to 10:00-20:00).
This happened to me twice. Is there any possible cause for this?
Please let me know which employee and which service exactly this is (where you are having problems).
Also, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
thank you for the kind reply; as Liza advised this is the only one that we can find.
As Amelia cannot create appointments that go over one day to another, it cannot process this unless there is a mismatch in Time Zones, so client has a different time zone than you and employees.

Hi Ryuichi,
thank you!
Please let me know what are you referring to as "but whose end time is 24:30 or 28:00" as end time can only be 23:30.
Also you seem to have a lite version or a very very old version installed:
Please amend this by updating to Amelia 4.1.
Hi Ryichi,
I could not locate an employee with that name.
Please check your WordPress time zone, and if those employees are connected to services so that services can fit into their schedule.
Hi Ryuichi,
yes, they are there, but they also must be in the Amelia > Store section and they are not:
Can I please access the database?
