Extras variables not working

Calendar Sync is working but has some glitches.

The first was that using %booked_customer% would work initially, but after a status update, would disappear from the description of the calendar event.  We switched to using individual variables for name,  number, etc, and it works properly now.

The second is still an issue:

    The %service_extra_1_name% : %service_extra_2_quantity%

Results in the content just having a ":" and no extra name  or quantity.  I have like 10 extras entered, and tried this with service extras 1 thru 10 and got no output.

    Hi Sean,

thank you for reaching out to us!

You can add the %customer_full_name% placeholder in the title of the Google Calendar, so the name of the customer appears next to the service's title.

Other than that, you can use all placeholders below the Description of the Google Calendar event, to construct the description as you want:

When you updated your Amelia, have you cleared out the cache?

    Hi Ivana,

Yes, I understand how it's supposed to work, but it doesn't work correctly when testing it.

    1) Works the first time on the initial add to calendar, but when a status update triggers another s sync, Variables that were showing disappear completely from the description.

    2) Extra Custom Field variables do not work at all, unless I'm missing something about how they work.  We add them by getting them from the list in the Email template editor, and pasting them into the calendar sync settings.  Are these supported in calendar?  Another forum thread said all variables in the email template editor can be used in the calendar sync too... but when I test it, neither the variable for the field name nor the variable for the field quantity show up in the calendar description when using their respective variables.

    Thanks

    Hi Sean,

thank you for letting me know!

Would you mind if I ask for access to check, as I couldn't replicate this on my site?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Also, please advise on the status update - Pending to Approved?
