Hi, I have three time slots that people can book a trial lesson in a glider which lasts 1 hour. I have also used the option to have a 1 hour gap between bookings so my available booking slots are starting at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. One of the problems is that if I book an 11:00 slot you get the appropriate confirmation etc with the correct time and date details but the Amelia calendar shows the booking for 10:00 and not 11:00. The second problem is that if you go to the same date it adds an additional time slot between the two official time slots as in the second attached file. What am I doing wrong or is there a problem with the software?

Please check if your setting in Amelia > Settings > General Settings, for clients to see the booking in their own time zone is off. Also, please make sure that your WordPress time zone is set to your city, not UTC format.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for the attached info, I have checked both setting and they are setup correctly. The problem relates to an extra time slot being added between the correct time slots. For example I have three time slots bookable. One starts at 10:00 and finishes ate 11:00 the next one starts at 12:00 and finishes at 13:00. The final one starts at 15:00 and finishes at 16:00. Each slot is set to one hour and there is a 2 hour windows set between time slots. I've just tested the facility again which you can do without logging onto the site to see the problem. I booked a 10-11 slot which was fine and then booked a 12-13 slot. when I went back to the booking plus a new time was displayed which I had not setup starting at 13 and finishing at 14:00 plus the final slot at 15 to 16. If you use a real email address you will get a copy of the booking so you can see the results. The test cc number to use is 4000008260000000
So another slot is added when it should not be available; is there any employee that could be attached to this service? In that case his hours would show.

I see; I'd be happy to explain:
If the service duration is 1 hour, when an appointment is booked at 10:00 until 11:00, the time slot at 11:00 will be available.
The default time slot step is 2 hours, but once an appointment is booked, that no longer applies.
The default time slot step is set to be 2 hours, from 10:00, from 12:00, from 14:00, etc.
Once a 1-hour appointment is booked at 10:00, the next time slot is at 11:00, and the one after that at 13:00.
If you'd like 1 hour pause between appointments, please add buffer times.
