FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM

As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.

Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticketoption, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.

    Hi there! 


    I have a couple more questions about the plugin:

    - is it possible to have a tip option so that when customers book, they can automatically add a tip? 

    - can we add/use some sort of a wildcard for Extra services since we have about 50 of them and we don't want to manually add each one to the notification email and have 50 empty lines if there aren't any extra services booked?

    I'll be happy to advise:

    1. Amelia currently does not have a tipping option, unfortunately.

    2. We will fix the empty lines issue in the next update; as we don't have a way for Extras to be bundled in a same placeholder (since they are connected to different services).
