Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I am using Amelia (and Stripe) on my website for taking bookings for my online workshops. A particular user wanted to book on multiple events, of which two of them required payment. The user was able to register/pay for one event, which went ok. When the user wanted to register/pay for a second event, the plugin did not present the fields to take their card details. It just allowed the user to register as if the event was free. They received an email notification (generated via the plugin) to say that they had been registered, but there was no trigger for payment.
I have included a screenshot of what the plugin normally displays to users who want to pay https://gyazo.com/0d9cfc457de3546eb11aea75d388e37a
The idea is that they can have their payment processed on the same page, and receive email confirmation afterward.
So, my issue is to try and understand why the second payment was not processed, or why the plugin did not present the payment fields, or why the plugin appears to be saving payment details. I have also spoken to Stripe and they confirmed that there was no payment triggered on their end. so, nothing on their end to pursue, it seems.
Hello Vernette
Thank you for your purchase.
Please access this service and go to the Settings tab. Under Payments, see if Stripe is enabled.
If it is, and you're still seeing this issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
