I'm aware that the new client gender question is optional, but is there a way to disable it entirely, or add additional options? I work with a number of gender diverse clients, and don't feel it's a relevant statistic for me to capture.
I understand - the marker is very limiting at the moment; I spoke to a developer regarding the hiding or removal of the marker.
In general, all backend fields can't be hidden or removed, as it would require in depth script changing that could influence other functionalities; and it would need time to be made (we are currently working on a new project, and a new update for Amelia).
But, I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page; or, if you see that another client suggested removal (or even extending of the provided options in the field to choose from - if that would be suitable for your clients as well), you can vote for their suggestion.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I apologize that I couldn't come up with a workaround for this at the moment, Alicia.
