1. If you set STMP according to our documentation and it still doesn't work, then you should reach out to your hosting provider and ask them if there are any additional settings that should be made in order to use the STMP mail service on your WP site.

If you upgrade the license, you will have to pay only the difference between the two licenses that will be calculated respectively (so, the time you were using Amelia Basic will be deducted from its price).
If you confirm the upgrade, we will forward the request to our reseller, Paddle, and they will charge your card or PayPal account for the difference.
For that, we will need the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to (if it's Pro annual or lifetime).
So, please, let us know and we will make the change.
