    Hello,

I wanted to know if the amelia plugin works on a local server? Because I can't access the service category and other services on the local server (error 500) despite activating the plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi Saidj,

thank you for reaching out to us!

We are working on one (local server) with Amelia, so yes, it's possible. Also, a lot of clients have a local server where they "set up" the site and then later go live on another.

Please clear your cache; if this doesn't resolve the issue, let me know.

    Hello Ivana,

I have cleared the cache but it still doesn't work.
I can't create a service or anything else.

    Sincerely

    Hi Saidj,

thank you for contacting back; I'm sorry to hear that it's still not working.

I had to reach out to a developer, as usually I would ask for a temporary WP admin access; however, as your site is on a local I think that would not be possible.

Developers are a bit busy at the moment working on debugging, and new features and fixes for the next update, however, I should get a response shortly on how we can check what's going on and how to fix it.

Is there any chance that, while we are waiting, that you can check if you have any employees or customers that were registered with a blank first or last name? If you have anyone registered like that, Amelia can no longer "read" them from the database (and hence, cannot show or make new services, or anything else).
