    Hi, Monika!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    1. Could you please check if there's a Customer or any other user (Admin, Manager) that has the same email address? It's not necessarily should be an Employee but any other user.

    2. Let me consult with our front-end developer since I'm not sure how it can be changed (there are no such built-in features in Amelia yet, but probably it can be achieved with custom CSS).

    Hello Liza,

    For the first problem, I ended up figuring it out on my own. It was indeed due to the fact that the new employee was also a customer first. So we changed that. :) 

    For the second, I'll wait until your answer then.
