Amelia is not creating automatic users in her new update
Hi Jesse,
thank you for reaching out to us
Do you have Automatically create Amelia Customer user active, in Amelia > Roles > Customer?
Could you please confirm that you tested that being logged out from your Admin user and by entering an email address that wasn't used in Amelia before?
If so and it still doesn't work, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will look into the issue from the inside.
Release me an email for user registration.
Really I just need all new wordpress users to become customers automatically.
We are estimating at least 300,000 weekly appointments and we will not have enough people to approve manual registrations.
Hi Jesse,
thank you fir contacting back.
Maybe you can do this differently if that is what you need.
Go to WordPress Settings tab and mark Automatically Make New Users to Customers.
Then go to Amelia > Settings > Roles and make sure that Automatically create Amelia customers. So when someone books they will receive booking confirmation from Amelia (sign that they are registered as Amelia Customer in Amelia) and an email from WordPress asking them to log in into Amelia as Customer Users.
