    I am building a website for a Hot Air Balloon ride company.  Here is what we need and what I am asking if your app can do.

    1. Front end calendar with easy booking form
    2. Shows booked days and pending days and available days.  (They only do one flight per day so we are only looking for one booking per day.)
    3. Front end calendar with drop down or pop up windows with customer data.  (Easy data retrieval for pilot out in the field to retrieve booking info on their phone.)
    4. Redirect to woo product page for deposit.  (Passenger must make deposit before the booking is confirmed, however we want the calendar to show "Pending" for 30 minutes to allow them to make a deposit"
    5. Ability for Pilot/user to move bookings from front end.  (Balloon flights are weather dependent.  If cancelled the pilot must be able to move bookings from a front end interface or calendar.  We can make it a private password protected page but again this must be able to be done from the front end on a phone.)
    6. We need to include additional information in the confirmation email.  We need to include driving directions, what to wear, link to PDF files for download and other specific information in the confirmation email.

    Let me know if we can set up a system like this using your app.

    Hi Jeff,

    thank you for reaching out to us, and for taking interest in Ameliasmile.png

    I'd be happy to advise on Amelia functionalities:

    1. You can check out the frontend UI on our demos to see if you like the look; customer chooses a service, location (if created), an employee, and then they are given an option to choose date and time available. After this, they provide personal information (first and last name, email or phone), and complete the booking. If payment is online, there is an additional step for it, so it's a 4 step booking.
    2. You can set up one day slot by setting the service duration to be the same as your employee's work hours (if employee works from 8am to 8pm, you would put 12 hours). Can you please advise what you refer to as "pending" days?
    3. Your employees can be granted access into Employee panel, for easier management of their bookings (where they can select a booked flight and see all details right away, or open the dropdown). This can be accessed by going to your website's page where Employee panel is, and logging in (with employee password and email; they can remain logged in on their browser for convenience).
    4. Amelia has a deposit feature, however, WooCommerce may have their own, and ours can be disabled by enabling WooCommerce - please check if WC offers deposits that you can use with them (as all payments that Amelia offers are disabled once you choose WC). Also, Amelia's deposit does not have a pending option, deposit is immediately made, unfortunately.
    5. Employee can be given permit to manage their appointments in the panel (again, can be used on the phone).
