We use Amelia since 1 year and we have 2 employees connected. But now, one of employee is disconnected from google calendar and it's impossible to reconnect his account. I try the process to reconnect his account but, I've the same error message when I'm redirected on Amelia wordpress plugin. Have you a solution? Thank you
You need to go through your database. Go to wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar (wp_ is the default prefix for database tables, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar). Then, delete all rows you see in there and try connecting the employee to the Google Calendar again.
That is correct, karbone studio, I'm glad you were able to resolve this issue.
If an employee is connected to his/her Google Calendar, and (s)he dropped out, you most likely haven't published the app in your Google Developers Console. Please go to the "OAuth Consent Screen", and make sure the APP is published.

I've find the solution, and now it's work.
