We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, we have many cases of companies wanting to send their employees to our training classes and use the same email address for each of them. Unfortunately, Amelia is not allowing this. Is there a way to change this and allow the same email address to be used for multiple people?

    Hi Mark,

thank you for reaching out to us! I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

Are the company employees registered with you as Customers / Clients booking, or Employees? If they are applying trough Amelia Booking like customers, you can simply go to Amelia > Settings > Roles > Customer and disable the option Check customer's name for existing email when booking.

In this way there will be one registered email, but any person with that same email can make a booking, they will just use their own name.

No, actually we have this disabled already. The issue is that two people using the same email address can NOT signup for the same appointment (class). We get a message:
"You have already booked this appointment"

They can book a different appointment using the same email address, just not the same one.

I will send you a private support ticket so you can try it out for yourself.

    Thank you!
