We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

We schedule classes with multiple students for several different instructors using Amelia and we share/manage the classes using same Google Calendar. When Amelia registers a person for a particular class it set the time slot in Google Calendar as Busy. We do not want this as it blocks the other classes that are actually available.

We want Amelia to make the appointment, but mark the time slot in Google as Available each time. i.e. we do not want Amelia to change our Available time slots to Busy.

BUT... we do not want to disable Amelia from detecting Busy time slots in Google Calendar though, we need this functionality.

    How can I do this?

    Hi Mark,

thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize for a later response as we don't work on weekends.

Unfortunately, in order to still see available slots, your employees need to use separate calendars if they are available during same hours. Google Calendar integration is set to block the time in the calendar when a certain time is booked, and to reflect this on the Amelia Calendar for other bookings.

So this can cause a conflict for your other employees who may have unavailable slots shown on the Amelia Booking, because another employee that they share the calendar with has that slot booked.
