We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I enable Master-Details Pop Ups for all of my tables to view additional information. Is there a way to customize the pop up display/font/color/etc?
Hello Nicholas
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers will be working on this in the future, but I don't have any ETA on when it will be included in the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello. In regards to Master-Detail - "Show Details in PAGE": I have added a new page template with all of the information as follows:
%Photo%
Name: %First% %Last%
Position: %Po.%
High School: %HS%, %ST%
Class: %Class%
Athletic Score: %ATH Score%
Measurables: %HT% / %WT%
Based on the example, this should link the information. However, when I click the master details button, this page pops up showing the % without linking any information.
Is this due to elementor theme?
Hello Nicholas.
I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket:
https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3013671
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
Thank you for your understanding!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I was able to update both plugins, however, the Page still does not populate the information.
Thank you, Nicholas.
I forwarded the issue to our developers, and as soon as I hear from them I'll get back to you.

Hey Nicholas
You added the Display Headers to the page, not the Origin Headers:
They are case-sensitive, so when I change the placeholder from %Twitter% to %twitter%, %First% to %first%, %Last% to %last%, and so on it works fine:
Just replace the placeholders from using the Display Header to using the Origin Header, and everything will work fine.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
