We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am having trouble with loading. My very first attempt worked and now I just get the hourglass.
I also have a reCAPTCHA error. "The site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha"
I have tried switching it on & off after clearing caches.
I would dearly love someone from support to login and have a quick look at how I have set this up. I have employees, categories & services setup.
Another weird anomaly I am having is my site not showing up on Firefox. It just doesn't load. I have never experienced this on any other site before. I am using Gridpane with Vultr HF & CF.
Hi Graham,
thank you for reaching out to us
Infinite loading may be connected to the captcha error.
If your services have employees, and if service duration is accordingly fitting into the employee's schedule, then booking will appear.
I have contacted a colleague regarding the captcha error, and these are the instructions for it, and you can find them here.
Enable Google reCAPTCHA
This option is made if you want to use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent bots from booking appointments. Once you enable this option you will see three other options that will be explained below.
In order to use reCAPTCHA in our plugin you need to sign up for an API key pair for your site here. The API key pair has site key and secret key which you need to copy and paste into our two fields below called “Google reCAPTCHA Site Key” and “Google reCAPTCHA Secret Key”. Beside these two options you will also see the option “Add “Invisible Google reCaptcha”. This option allows you to set a smaller reCaptcha without a checkbox field in the lower right corner of the booking form. Customers will still be checked just faster and if you have lots of custom fields then this kind of a reCaptcha will more suit you since it won’t take up much space.
If all this is set, then please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Ivana, I fixed it, it was a transition plugin used by the Kadence theme. You might want to update your team and the developers.
Hi Graham,
thank you so much for contacting back! I apologize for a later response as we don't work on weekends.
I am glad to hear you've found the cause, thank you for letting me know - I will update the developers on the Kadence translation plugin incompatibility.
I wish you a pleasant day!
